However, we understand that situations may arise in which you feel a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to the services provided directly through our website www.rspppl.com which include, but are not limited to:

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Completed Work and Final Deliverables

  • No Refund for Completed Work: Once a project has reached the final deliverable stage and has been approved by the client, refunds will generally not be issued. We invest resources and time to ensure that our final work meets the project requirements.
  • Revisions Process: If you are not completely satisfied with your finalized project, please notify us within 7 days of approval to discuss possible revisions or adjustments. Refunds will generally not be provided if revisions or corrections are feasible.

b. Cancellations prior to Work Commencement

  • Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a project before we begin substantive work (i.e., before the initiation of design concepts) and have paid an initial deposit, you may be eligible for a refund of any pre-paid amount minus any administrative or setup fees.
  • Timely Notification: Refund requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of placing the order or deposit for them to be considered.

c. Service Failures and Discrepancies

  • Non-Delivery: In the event that RSPPPL fails to deliver the services as outlined in the project agreement, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, subject to evaluation.
  • Service Discrepancies: If the delivered work substantially deviates from the specifications agreed upon in writing, please contact us immediately to address the issue. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Conditions and Limitations

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Any fees for administrative processing, setup costs, or other service-specific charges may be non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: Refunds may be issued on a partial basis depending on the progress of the work, the nature of the service cancellation, or the extent of any service deficiencies.
  • No Refund on Opinion-Based Adjustments: Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction that arises solely from differences in creative taste or subjective preference, provided the work meets the agreed-upon specifications.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The exact time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on the policies of your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Notification: We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within the timeframe specified, please contact our support team.
